Triple Filtration System
Our filters use a three-layer filtration system: - Cotton Layer: To catch hair and debris. - Activated Carbon: To remove heavy metals and maintain clean water. - Ion Exchange Resin: To enhance water taste and freshness.
Replacement Frequency
To prevent activated carbon dust from contaminating the water, soak the filter in water for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly before use. Filters should be replaced: - Every 1 to 2 weeks during summer. - Every 2 to 4 weeks during winter. For multi-pet households, more frequent replacements may be necessary.
Premium 6-Pack Filters and Pre-Filter Sponges
Our 6-pack of premium pet fountain filters and 3-pack of pre-filter sponges are individually packaged and sealed to maintain their quality: - Enough supply for 3 to 12 months of use. Pre-filter sponges should be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks.
