Care Instructions
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance. We recommend cleaning the pump and replacing the filter every week. Follow these guidelines for installation and upkeep:

1. Begin by inserting the rotor.
2. Fit the gland cover, ensuring the triangles face upward and the spout faces downward.
3. Attach the water pump cover.

To maintain the health of your pets and the longevity of the pump, perform a complete water change and clean the tank, tray, foam filter, and pump weekly. Stainless steel components are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

If you notice an increase in pump noise, verify that the water level is above the “MIN” line. Also, inspect the pump impeller for blockages. Additionally, some pets may take time to adjust to the new fountain; leaving their previous water source nearby can help them acclimate.

Special Note: Our latest models utilize two different types of pumps, even though they appear identical. Please refrain from purchasing a filter until your fountain arrives. Check which type of pump you have, then find the correct filter in our shop.
